Our weekend wedding package is our singular offering for full-day weddings on The Farm, encompassing ceremony, reception, and celebrating late into the evening for up to 150 guests. Get exclusive use of our 155 acres farm and dedicated 2,400 square foot open-concept event barn for you and your loved ones to enjoy!

Two wedding planning consultations leading up to your wedding
Assistance with rehearsal on the day prior to the event scheduled for 4:00pm
Two day of coordinators for 12 hrs of wedding day coverage between the hours of 11:00am to 11:00pm to manage day of logistics, assist with last minute setup, manage day of schedule, vendor communication, moving of ceremony items to reception area & overall problem solving throughout the day

Please note that we are closed from November 1st to May 1st. If you’re eager to lock in your wedding date prior to our available viewing months (May 1st to November 1st) please reach out and we can provide you with our wedding date registration information.

In order to secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 that will go towards your final wedding invoice. Following that, we require the final deposit 120 days prior to your event.

Once we have received your deposit, your wedding date is officially secured - woo!
The next step is your first wedding planning meeting with our dedicated day-of coordinator to help with vendor recommendations, schedule, floor plan and much more.

Are you open year round?
We are open from June through to September.
Do you offer weekday rates?
We offer a singular package which can be scheduled for any day of the week however we do not offer a reduced rate for weekdays.
Do you offer a single day rate?
Unfortunately we do not offer single day rates. At this time, we offer a singular wedding package that allows for our couples to have exclusive use to the property over a period of 3 days.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, we do require our couples to have a special event insurance policy. More information is provided in our contract regarding this matter.
Have you released your 2027 rates?
No. We will be releasing our 2027 rates in the Fall of 2025.

Is there anywhere to get ready onsite?
At this time, we do not have onsite accommodation available to our guests nor do we have an area to get ready for the bridal party. We do however have a preferred list of hotels in the area that we would highly recommend for this. Please reach out if you’re looking for any recommendations and we would be happy to offer some suggestions!
Can you do a first look onsite?
Yes, you are more than welcome to do a first look onsite, however, we do recommend that couples depart the property at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony as guest arrive.
Are we able to bring our dog to the property?
Yes, we are big animal lovers! With that being said, we do have some regulations surrounding bringing your sweet doggos here. We allow for dogs to be onsite for the ceremony only. All dogs must be on leash at all times and will need to depart the property once the ceremony is completed.

What time can the bar open?
The bar can open at 2:00pm.
What time is last call?
Last call is at 11:30pm as per BC liquor bylaws.
Do I need a liquor licence?
Yes, you will need to apply for a liquor licence. Once booked, we can provide step by step application instructions to help make this easier for you!
Who supplies the drinks?
We are happy to help assist with a bar plan but purchasing of drinks and alcohol is up to our couples, along with the liquor licence application.
What types of drinks are we able to serve?
Beer, wine, champagne, highballs and/or batched cocktails. If you’re looking for freshly shaken cocktails please reach out and we would be happy to discuss the additional staffing to make this possible.

Do you have to book a DJ?
Yes, part of our contract is that a dedicated DJ is hired for the night.
What time does music have to be off?
12:00am.
Is there power at the ceremony location?
No, there is no power at our ceremony location. We recommend that your DJ bring a battery powered speaker or that you have live music provided for this portion of your day.

Who provides the food?
Food is so personal, which is why we leave it up to our couples to pick a caterer of their choice.
Do you have a kitchen on-site?
Although we do not have a kitchen on-site, we do have a dedicated area for caterers with power and water for their cooking needs.
Is bringing in a food truck possible?
Yes of course! We have a 240V power outlet located at the front of the barn to accomodate this.
